Clements' Marketplace seeks a full-time Floral Manager for our location in Portsmouth, Rhode Island. Clements' is a family owned and operated business with three locations and ties to RI & MA since 1980.

Duties & Responsibilities:
- Plan and design custom floral arrangements in a full-service floral department. These include arrangements for everyday occasions, funerals, weddings, proms, parties, and more.
- Deliver outstanding customer service in a friendly and consistent manner during normal operations and custom-order consultations.
- Management of all department inventory. This includes monitoring supply levels and ordering of all products and supplies.
- Implement effective merchandising of the Floral Department.
- Care and general maintenance of flowers and plants within the department.
- Consistently monitor the quality of all products and services within the department.
This position may perform other duties as required.
- Extensive past experience as a florist required.
- Knowledge of flower types and design trends.
- Ability to resolve problems efficiently and effectively.
- Highly motivated and can work in a fast paced retail environment.
- Ability to multi-task, have excellent time management and organizational skills.
