    Clements' Marketplace seeks full time staff for our Front End's Groceries 2 Go program at our location in Portsmouth, Rhode Island.     Duties & Responsibilities:

    Our full time Groceries 2 Go Clerk provides exceptional customer service. This individual will work with the Front End Manager to run the Groceries 2 Go department. They will create and maintain systems to ensure customer orders are fulfilled accurately and promptly. Their primary job responsibilities include fulfilling G2G orders, maintaining the G2G website and systems, supervising the G2G staff, making deliveries, coordinating grocery pick-up orders, assisting with scheduling, operating the cash register and ensuring customer service standards are being met. Our G2G clerk will work with other departments to ensure that correct items are being picked for orders and that the quality of items are up to our standards. The clerk will also work on promotional and marketing campaigns for the program. In addition, the clerk will back up the front end department as needed by operating the register, bagging and answering department phone calls and other duties as assigned.


    · Ability to follow directions and communicate with staff and customers.
    · Excellent customer service skills, ability to problem solve.
    · Ability to multi-task, have excellent time management skills.
    · Be a team player with a great attention to detail.
    · Previous experience on the Front End is preferred, but not required.
