It's unclear who came up with the recipe idea first. (It's something Max and Ella can't seem to agree upon. Imagine that.) But one thing is certain. Tender diced chicken, crumbled blue cheese and just the right amount of heat wrapped up in a golden brown, crispy spring roll wrapper is an instant hit.
