Duties & Responsibilities:
- Monitor the freshness of products and manage inventory.
- Follow proper cleaning, sanitation and food safety guidelines. Equipment will be utilized in a safe manner, in accordance with store policies and procedure. Maintaining proper organization of work spaces is also required.
- Assist in the daily operation of our deli department to ensure customer service standards are met. This includes the coordination of department staff.
- Work closely with other staff members to maintain department goals.

Job Title:Part Time Receiver (Bristol)Job Information:Clements' Marketplace seeks a part time receiver for our location in Bristol, RI. Start time is 7:00 AM, four days per week. Shifts will be four or five hours for approximately 16-20 hours per week. Clements' is a family owned and operated business with four locations and ties to RI & MA since 1980.
The Receiver is responsible for all functions and paperwork related to receiving. Receivers must accurately and efficiently receive all products entering the store including verifying actual product deliveries against packing slips. Product must also be checked for quality and product temperature when needed. They are responsible for logging and maintaining invoices and distribution of product/invoice to the appropriate departments. Receivers must safely operate machinery including baler, compactor and powered industrial trucks. They must also maintain a clean and organized back room, receiving area, loading dock, etc. They will assist in the processing of damaged and mis-picked product and perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
· Applicants must be at least 18 years old to operate equipment.
· Previous receiving experience preferred, not required.
· Ability to follow directions and communicate with staff.
· Must be detail oriented and have the ability to problem solve.
· Ability to multi-task, have excellent time management skills.
